Designed for individuals who require 24-hour skilled nursing care, Londonderry Village’s Small Homes offer a more personal, relationship-centered approach to long-term care. Our six stand-alone homes each serve just ten residents, creating a close-knit setting where everyone is known and valued.

Each 7,000-square-foot home features private bedrooms and bathrooms, along with shared living and dining spaces that encourage connection, conversation, and a true sense of community. An open kitchen sits at the heart of the home, where meals are prepared and enjoyed together, just like in a traditional household.

Care is provided around the clock by specially trained Certified Nursing Assistants—known within the home as Shahbaz—who support residents with daily living, meals, activities, and housekeeping. Licensed nurses are also available 24/7, ensuring that clinical needs are met while maintaining a calm, comfortable environment.

Unlike traditional nursing settings, there are no central nurses’ stations or rigid schedules. Instead, care is built around each resident’s preferences. Meals are flexible, routines are personalized, and medications are managed discreetly within each resident’s private space.

More than anything, the Small Homes are designed to feel like home. Residents and team members work together to create an environment that reflects the people who live there. Family and friends are always welcome—not as visitors, but as part of the household.
