Tyler Weaber has been part of the Londonderry Village family for over 10 years, steadily growing into leadership roles and now serving as Vice President of Marketing & Talent. His career path reflects both versatility and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

From Marketing Assistant to Vice President

Tyler began his journey at Londonderry Village in April 2015 as a Marketing Assistant. From there, he quickly demonstrated his abilities and was promoted to Marketing Coordinator. His career path also included opportunities to work beyond the Marketing team—supporting the Nursing Admissions Team twice, as well as stepping into operations as Environmental Services Supervisor, where he managed laundry, housekeeping, and transportation services.

He later returned to his roots in Marketing, becoming Director of Marketing, and ultimately earned his current position as Vice President of Marketing & Talent, where he now oversees the Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources teams as part of Londonderry Village’s leadership team.

Current Role and What He Enjoys Most

As Vice President of Marketing & Talent, Tyler thrives on the opportunity to impact both residents and staff.

“I have thoroughly enjoyed not only working with incoming residents and their families, but also our dedicated staff,” he shares. “Using my knowledge and experience to grow the services we offer is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.”

Education and Professional Development

Tyler’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English with a Communications concentration and an Associate Degree in Marketing, which he earned while working at Londonderry Village. His continued investment in professional growth reflects his commitment to bringing new skills and perspectives into his work.

Life Beyond Work

Outside of the office, Tyler enjoys a balance of hobbies and family time. He loves cooking, watching movies, and spending time with his family—including his cat, Willow.

Looking Ahead

Tyler’s goals for the future are centered on continued growth.

“I hope to keep developing new skills, fostering meaningful relationships, and helping Londonderry Village expand the services we provide to both residents and staff,” he says.

His advice to anyone considering a career at Londonderry Village is both simple and heartfelt:

“Do it. Someone once told me that no one chooses to go into the senior healthcare field—it just happens. I’ve loved every minute of my time at Londonderry Village. I’ve been able to grow in my career, learn new skills, and cultivate lifelong relationships. I come to work every day with a purpose.”
