A Career Built Over Three Decades

Corey joined Londonderry Village in December 1995 as a Maintenance Technician. Just two years later, he was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor, and in March 2025 he achieved his current role as Director of Facilities.

For Corey, the variety of his work is one of the most rewarding parts of his job.

“No two days are the same—every day brings a new adventure,”

he shares. Whether solving problems or planning improvements, Corey finds satisfaction in keeping the campus safe, functional, and welcoming.

Commitment to Learning

Alongside his career growth, Corey has made continuing education a priority. He holds a Universal EPA Certification for HVAC and has completed extensive training in electrical systems, heating, air conditioning, computer skills, CPR, and management skills.
