From Housekeeper to Manager

Stephanie began her career at Londonderry Village in August 1998, as a Floater Housekeeper. From there, she steadily advanced—first as a Team Lead, then as Environmental Services Supervisor, and today as Environmental Services Manager.

In her current role, she oversees both the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments, ensuring that residents’ homes and spaces are cared for with attention and respect. For Stephanie, the most rewarding part of her job is clear:

Beyond Work

When she’s not on campus, Stephanie enjoys spending quality time with her two daughters—one in college and one in elementary school. She also loves rollerskating, amusement parks, escape rooms, miniature golf, trying new cuisines, and reading Stephen King novels. Born and raised in Lebanon, she carries her hometown roots proudly into everything she does.
