September 13th – A Wicked Fun Movie Night & Hybrid Villa Open House

A Wickedly Fun Evening at Londonderry Village: Open House & Outdoor Movie Night!

Join us on September 13, 2025, for a one-of-a-kind evening at Londonderry Village as we host a Hybrid Villa Open House followed by a showing of the beloved musical Wicked under the stars!

From 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, stop by to tour our beautifully furnished model Hybrid Villa, which appears in our first completed hybrid villa building. This is your chance to explore the space, review floor plans, ask questions, and speak with our knowledgeable sales and marketing team. While the new building will not yet be available for full tours, attendees will have the opportunity to schedule a private walk-through of that at a later date.

Then, at 7:30 PM, grab your chair or blanket and settle in for an enchanting outdoor screening of Wicked! Enjoy a night of laughter, connection, and community as we transform the campus into an open-air theater.
