In Phase 1 there will be 35 units as follows:
7 – Carriage Homes
4 – Townhomes
24 – Hybrid Villa Apartments (2 buildings and 12 apartments in each building. One building currently under construction.)
A Club House for residents will serve as a place to have small gatherings and where they will pick up their mail.
